Dress For Success Dublin works with a collection of different Referral Agencies. These are organisations that have met set criteria and we have approved for inclusion in the Dress For Success Dublin programme. Clients are referred to us through this network of partner agencies, each of which has a job-training component.

Dress For Success Dublin serves as a safety net for our partner agencies by supplementing the services that they already provide. These support services do not duplicate the services that our partner agencies provide, but rather offer what they do not have the time and resources to do themselves.
