The mission of Dress For Success Dublin is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our private, warmly decorated boutique is an encouraging environment that provides wardrobe and interview preparation services, employment retention programs and training consultation.

We are a volunteer based organisation who could not change the lives of our clients and families of our clients without the dedication and commitment from professionals in our community who believe in and understand the reward of helping others on their journey to self-sufficiency.

We are a not-for-profit organisation founded in New York City in 1997 as an answer to the needs of low-income women who were seeking employment and self-sufficiency. Our organisation stems the underlying cause of cyclical poverty through grassroots programs that produce long-term solutions. Dress For Success Dublin has responded to the needs of the women that we serve by providing professional attire, career development tools, and a network of support to help women succeed in work and in life. As women emerge from poverty they bring their families with them, meaning that the assistance that we provide our clients trickles down to their children and eventually the communities in which they live.
